Men’s Ministry
Supporting men through spiritual guidance, camaraderie, and activities that build strong faith and community bonds.
Women’s Ministry
Empowering women through fellowship, Bible study, and support networks aimed at nurturing their faith and community involvement.
Young Adult Ministry
Partners with parents and other church leaders to enthusiastically teach our children and young adults about Jesus Christ in a way that is fun and meaningful to guide them towards a heart for God.
Children’s Ministry
Providing a nurturing environment for children to learn about faith through engaging lessons, activities, and events. Children Held on Sundays during morning 10 am worship. Service is designed for children and youth to engage in worship on their level, according to their age group. They are challenged with lessons, curriculum, and worship that is age appropriate and conducive for the varying age groups.
Music Ministry
Musical and vocal giftings that serve the purpose of setting the tone for worshiping and praising God and to minister and uplift the congregation through song, hymn, and spiritual selections
Usher Board

Outreach Ministry
Partnering with non-profit organizations to meet the needs of the DFW Metroplex and the world. We provide food, clothing, counseling, prayer and more through service and missions to the homeless population near the downtown Dallas area.
Hospitality Ministry
Strives to create a warm and friendly environment throughout the church so that every guest feels welcomed, important, and informed through phone calls, visitation, cards, and other means of encouragement.
Safety and Security Team
The Safety and Security Team implements and manages our Critical Incident Response Plan, strategizing to mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from any emergency that affects our Zion Baptist Church community.
Prayer Ministry
To pray for God to send workers and precious laborers. Through prayer, they motivate faith, love, and unity within the church while making visitations to those who are not able to be in attendance.
Christian Education/Teaching Ministry:
All Bible Teachers and those that desire to teach learning God’s Word while informing and teaching in designated classes to enhance and transform all students to make disciples.
Tutoring Program: Provides educational tutoring for students with all subject matters in high school and higher education.
Athletic/Sports Ministry
Designed to utilize physical tenants as a form of witness and evangelism while building and strengthening the mind and body through physical and mental exercises.
Neighbor-to-Neighbor Ministry
Provides help to our neighbors with such needs as lawn care, vehicle maintenance, home repairs for elders & single mothers.
Prison/Jail Ministry
Designed to give hope and insight on a better way of life right now.
